Job Description:

Project Overview:

• Our client is an Automation Integrator working to incorporate robotics and automation technology for their clients in the Automotive industry.
• They require a Controls Engineerwith 5+ Years experience in fully design lifecycles for automation systems.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Implement and document controls systems for various types of automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot robot controllers, ladder logic, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment.
• Perform machine power up, debug and programming.
• Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques and approach.

Experience/Education:

• BSEE or APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE (Degree is not required)
• ~5 years' Automation industry experience

Required:

• PLC and HMI experience
• Fanuc robot experience, RS Logix/Studio 5000

Desired:

• SCADA: Ignition (from Inductive Automation) Industrial Automation Software Solutions by Inductive Automation
