Selectek is seeking a Controls Engineer to assist in the process of upgrading legacy control systems for various projects and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Location: Remote (must be within a 2.5-hour drive from Mount Zion, IL)
Pay range: $70,000 - $100,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Electrical design and hardware specification.
- Design and program sophisticated control systems.
- Simulate, test, and debug control systems in-house
- Startup systems at the end-users facility.
- Provide continuing system technical support over the phone or on-site.
- Associate degree or higher
- Program complex systems from scratch: Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and OITs
- 3 plus years controls/integration experience
- Electrical design skills a plus
- Experiences should include PLCs, HMI, SCADA software, device communication protocols, and networking
- Proficiency in at least one programming language required
