Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Controls Engineer to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will work on the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems for our manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
NIGHT SHIFT 7PM-7:30AM
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.
- Implement and optimize Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions.
- Program and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure proper operation.
- Collaborate with the automation team to enhance robotic systems.
- Conduct performance analysis and modify control parameters as needed.
- Support the integration of variable frequency drives (VFD) and motor controllers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Document control system designs and modifications meticulously.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proven experience in control systems design and implementation.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing automation and robotics.
- Knowledge of electronics and circuit design is a plus.
- Experience with PID controls and tuning is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
