We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Controls Engineer to join our vibrant team. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems for our clients in various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative solutions for complex engineering problems using their expertise in Control Systems Design, PLC Programming, SCADA, and Automation.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement control systems to meet client requirements and specifications.
2. Provide technical support for control systems during the phases of design, installation, and start-up.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation.
4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure control systems are integrated effectively into overall project design.
5. Conduct system analyses and recommend modifications and enhancements to optimize performance.
6. Develop PLC programs and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
7. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation related to control systems and automation projects.
8. Stay abreast of latest developments in control systems technology and incorporate new techniques and standards as appropriate.
9. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
10. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with Control Systems Design, PLC Programming, SCADA, and Automation.
3. Proven experience with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting control systems.
4. Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages.
5. Proficiency in SCADA systems and industrial automation.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and collaborating with team members.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
