Controller – Manufacturing at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, with prior leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (Solution 22).
• Experience with China-based manufacturing (a plus).
• Oversee and optimize all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and foreign exchange management, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and audits.
• Provide strategic financial leadership through accurate reporting, forecasts, and analyses to drive profitability, monitor financial health, and support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, streamline processes, and implement automation to improve efficiency and support scalability.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.
