We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our thriving finance team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, portfolio valuation, capital call, and distribution calculations.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, portfolio valuation, capital call, and distribution calculations.
2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with the finance team to develop budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
5. Manage the preparation of all financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and reports on changes in financial position.
6. Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
7. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
8. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
9. Conduct portfolio valuation, capital call, and distribution calculations.
10. Work closely with the CFO and other senior executives to support strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
3. CPA
