As a Controller, you know the ropes! In these positions, you will be counted on to oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting team

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with senior management to support business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA or CMA certification preferred

• Proven experience as an Accounting Director, Assistant Controller or Controller

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
