Controller - Terrelonge Staffing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic direction for financial planning and analysis. The Controller will be responsible for accounting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide support as needed.
• Coordinate and manage audits and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
