Overview of the Controller role:

• Oversee and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting process
• Manage and ensure accuracy of the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and billing
• Accounting for grants
• Assist audit and perform audit prep work
• Review financial statements and investment statements
• Manage and develop assigned staff

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• CPA is required
• Non Profit Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
