About the Company and Opportunity:

Overview of the Controller role:

• Complete journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and manage month-end close processes.
• Maintain all general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Develop financial forecasts, as well as annual and quarterly budgets.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Take the lead in a software implementation project

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 5-7 years of experience, with a focus on cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Pay of $130,000 to $160,000 (Bonus Opportunity)
• On-Site near Uhrichsville , Ohio
