Job Details
- Provide leadership and support to the accounting team and inventory coordinator, fostering an environment of trust and productivity.
- Act as a key management team member, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the business model to collaborate with other departments and drive collective progress.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department and contribute to strategic projects across the organization.
- Ensure internal controls, compliance, and accuracy in accounting operations and inventory management.
- Enhance payroll and accounting operations efficiency through innovative process improvements and development.
- Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, providing variance explanations.
- Evaluate current and future operations to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and expense reduction.
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes, including balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Maintain the standard costing system and ensure inventory accuracy and proper valuation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 4 years or more of experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and staff development abilities.
- Preferred experience with ICSI Infor (Syteline) / Factory Track
