We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our corporate office in Fife, WA. This position will be responsible for guiding the accounting office in reporting the financial condition of our 8 dealerships to the various company stakeholders. This reporting must be performed complete, accurate, and timely, which will require significant investment in managing and training a team of up to 30 staff in their various responsibilities toward that end.

Job Details
- Prior experience as a Controller managing multiple dealerships.
- Experience in the CDK dealership management software
- Proficiency in Excel
Supervisory responsibilities
- Directly supervise multiple office managers and up to 25 administrative staff.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire and train potential employees.
- Plan, assign and direct work appropriately.
