Controller
POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain, record, and analyze financial accounting transactions through the preparation of financial statements. Assist the VP of Finance in providing finance and accounting services throughout the organization.

Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education :
- Business degree with major in Accounting or Finance
Experience :
- Five years of accounting experience—Required
- Five years of senior housing experience—Preferred
Computer Skills
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of spreadsheet and database software- Required
- Experience with SAGE-100—Preferred
Certificates & Licenses:
Certified Public Accounting Certificate—Preferred.
