Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Controller.  This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity in the Capital District area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience at the Controller level
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Ability and acumen to coach and mentor staff
• Ability to manage multiple clients and balance priorities
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience working with QB, Sage products and other ERP systems
• Ability to quickly adapt to different client systems is necessary

Salary Range

• $100-130k
