Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 base + 15-20% bonus

• Financial Reporting: Oversee and manage the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Payroll and Accounts Payable: Oversee payroll processing and supervise the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash balances and forecast cash needs to ensure optimal cash flow.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• ESOP Expertise: Provide guidance on ESOP-related accounting matters, ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• ESOP Experience REQUIRED: Recent/relevant experience with ESOP accounting is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
