$150,000- $170,000 + Bonus

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

• Oversee the company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes, leveraging ERP/accounting systems for efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with the C-Suite to provide actionable financial insights.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
• Partner with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure smooth year-end processes and audits.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and supervisory experience.
• Proven track record as a Controller, including experience in public accounting.
• Expertise with ERP and accounting systems, with a focus on driving process improvements.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
