Responsibilities of Controller:

• Overseeing financial statements.
• Conducting financial reporting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions.
• Manage budget and forecast preparation.
• Monitor and analyze costs to ensure alignment with budget and financial objectives.
• Cash Management.
• Support Senior team and management in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Managing accounting team and functions.

Preferred Experience of Controller:

• Finance or Accounting experience in the Real Estate, Construction or Development industries.
• Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and accounting skills.
• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems – Sage is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
