- Structured Cash Flow Analysis and Reporting to President – research and implement analytical tools; use inputs from Executive Team for timing of capital purchases
Accounting/Finance:
- Work with all departments in the creation/maintenance of KPI’s and continuously research to find financial metrics to help grow revenues and reduce costs
- Maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to provide for propriety and integrity of the Company’s financial records and assets that comply with GAAP and policies and guidelines
- Perform daily accounting duties including banking activities, deposits, wires, reconciliations, investigations, etc.
- Maintain the information in the Company’s accounting software system to ensure that the information produced is reliable, accurate, and efficient
- Calculate and process monthly and quarterly sales commissions
- Prepare financial information and coordinate with outside accounting firm for financial statement completion
- Manage work processes of Accounting/Customer Service/ Supply Chain – document all processes and review with respective teams for improvements
Customer Service / HR
- Emphasize process improvement and continuous improvement within the department
- Make sure team members are cross trained for each other’s tasks
- Assist with accounts receivable collections process
- Research and implement key performance indicators along with incentives
- Answer any questions regarding customer payments, credit memos and credit limits
- Refer to company handbook and make recommendations for HR issues
- Manage all high level HR correspondence with our PEO
IT:
- Development and problem resolution lead with business system vendor
- Liaison to personal and business system vendors
- Coordinate IT projects
- Resolve/advise staff on minor hardware/software issues
- Evaluate technology of the organization and make recommendations for improvements
- Point person on any building maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or equivalent in working years in role)
- CPA & CMA
- Experience growing employees to align with company culture
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leader
- Proficiency in Infor Syteline a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- 7 years of Finance leadership experience and CPA qualified a plus
