Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Advanced Excel capabilities and preferably, a demonstrated knowledge of fund accounting systems.

Non-profit experience and working with government agencies are a plus (preferably in the area of affordable housing).

Knowledge of NYC/NYS/Federal Social Service Agency Fiscal and Contracting Procedures [OMH/DOHMH/DHS/HUD] (preferred).

Demonstrated ability to be a team player and to mentor more junior team members.

Exceptional Excel skills with an aptitude to embrace new technology, systems, and workflows.

Aptitude for financial variance analysis.

Aptitude for learning, absorbing, and then teaching technical financial applications.

Ability to adapt to and prioritize competing demands.

Desire to constantly learn and grow.
