Controller Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process with precision and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including regular inventory counts.
• Initiate process improvements and establish standard operating procedures.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Manage payroll processes.

Controller Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management and conducting inventory counts.
• Experience as a Controller.
• Expertise in financial close and preparing financial statements.
