An excellent company in Miami looking for a Project Controller to join their team!

responsibilities:

• Review project budget and deadlines with project manager
• Coordinate payments to vendors and subcontractors
• Process expense reimbursement
• Monitor project to ensure it meets budget guidelines
• Generate accounting reports at the end of the project
• Oversee auditing of project financials when necessary
• Lead continuous improvement of financial accounting interface/software.
• Coordinate internally renewal of insurance policies
• Reviewing monthly cash transfers and payment process, review financial statements and compliance reports

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 5+ years Management experience
• Public accounting experience; big four experience a PLUS, knowledge of US GAAP is essential
• Experience with infrastructure projects is a PLUS
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
