Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly accounting close process, conducting analytical reviews to maintain accurate records.
- Establish and uphold documentation and data management standards.
- Oversee external financial reporting.
- Maintain the chart of accounts.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and reporting systems to support financial decisions.
- Collaborate with FP&A to create and manage budgets.
- Monitor financial status and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors to confirm financial condition.
- Manage corporate tax functions
- Prepare special reports by analyzing trends and summarizing information.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements at federal, state, and local levels.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
- CPA required.
