We set the standard for CCRCs with innovations like LifeCare and whole-person wellness. Our community features apartment buildings, cottages, villas, and a skilled nursing care center. Eastside Terrace, completed in 2010, includes a saltwater pool, fitness center, bistro, and rehabilitation services.
We offer diverse services, health programs, activities, three restaurants, 90+ clubs, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry service. Our medical team provides assisted living, skilled nursing, in-home care, rehabilitation, therapies, and palliative care.

Job Details
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant license desired.
- Previous experience managing an accounting department with a working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and banking procedures and regulations.
- Prior experience working with a healthcare and/or non-profit organization preferred
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
- Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
