Job Details
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely-related field, along with an active CPA license and 7 years of progressive experience in professional accounting/auditing.
Leadership Role: Manage and coordinate a diverse team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and policy enforcement.
Strategic Influence: Act as a key liaison with external auditors, manage financial system modifications, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Innovative Development: Participate in the planning and execution of new initiatives, contribute to operational modeling, and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
