Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including tax, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial reports. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing financial operations and delivering financial insights to drive business performance and growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including Tax, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profit enhancement measures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance team.
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Proven experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst, accountant, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.

- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
