We're Hiring a Controller to Lead Our Client's Accounting Team!

Are you an experienced financial leader with a passion for managing teams? We’re looking for a skilled Controller to take charge of our client's accounting department and oversee their team’s day-to-day operations. As the Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and driving the success of our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support as the Controller for our client.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and budget management, ensuring everything aligns with company goals under the direction of the Controller.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen the team’s efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial insights and support senior management, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as part of your role as Controller.
• Manage audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications for the Controller Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team as the Controller.
• Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
