Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated Controller for a dynamic client location. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to build excellent relationships across teams.





Key Responsibilities:



+ Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts


+ Prepare and analyze financial results for internal/external use


+ Manage monthly P/L and balance sheet activities


+ Develop forecasts, budgets, and identify risks/opportunities


+ Review general ledger, resolve accounting issues


+ Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)


+ Maintain inventory and cost control procedures


+ Oversee cash handling procedures


+ Handle payroll and HR administration


+ Lead special projects as needed






Preferred Qualifications:






+ Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent experience) preferred or equivalent experience


+ 2+ years in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling (3+ years in a similar role)


+ Experience in foodservice or retail accounting (foodservice operations a plus)


+ Proficiency in sales analysis, planning, and financial processes


+ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills


+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel focus); POS experience a plus
