Responsibilities of the Controller

• The Controller will supervise the accounting staff
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• The Controller will summarize and forecast the company’s financial status
• Coordinate and create financial budgets
• The Controller will ensure compliance with government regulations
• Prepare for external audit and meet with auditors
• The Controller will assist the CFO

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• CPA is a plus!
