Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Leadership with Impact: Inspire and guide a high-performing accounting team to achieve excellence.
• Strategic Financial Oversight: Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure impeccable accuracy and timeliness.
• Grant Management Expertise: Ensure compliance and reporting for diverse grant programs, driving accountability and results.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Analyze operations and recommend improvements to maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Collaboration at the Core: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure financial records reflect organizational goals and performance.
• Professional Growth: Leverage your expertise in audits, budgeting, forecasting, and software systems to advance our financial capabilities.

What You Bring: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Being a team player with strong leadership skills is a MUST.
• CPA designation and/or a master’s degree in business or accounting is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
