JOB SUMMARY
The Controller will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices, and providing strategic financial insights to support company growth. This role requires a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a deep understanding of healthcare finance and strong leadership skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- 2+ years in public accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- CPA Prefferred
