Overview of the Controller role:

• Oversee and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting process
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, processes and internal controls
• Prepare, analyze and present financial statements, forecasts and budget
• Maintain the organization's budget
• Supervise and lead the accounting team
• Advise senior management on financial planning, analysis and strategy to support decision making

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with NetSuite is required
• Government Contracting and DCAA experience a plus
