Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions for the corporate office.
• Manage SEC reporting and filings with precision and timeliness.
• Oversee internal controls in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Implement and maintain new accounting policies and guidance in line with industry standards.
• Deliver accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in compliance with GAAP.
• Partner with operations and IT teams to optimize the financial system and automation efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Collaborate with internal audit, external audit, and tax teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• Extensive experience with SEC reporting and public company accounting.
