Controller needed for full time role in Downer's Grove! We're a growing construction company hiring someone full time!
Financial Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure proper processing of invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review reconciled bank statements, other general ledger accounts, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or office management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
