Position Summary:
Reports to the Sr. Vice President & CFO. Directly supervises the Director, Corporate Finance, Director, Treasury, and Accountant, Corporate Finance. Responsible for all accounting functions of the Company by ensuring the integrity of processes, procedures and information systems, and providing timely, meaningful and understandable financial information and analysis. _This is an in-office position at our Headquarters in Centerville, UT._
Essential Functions:
+ Enhance and identify financial policies and procedures systems to maximize accuracy and consistency of financial processes and resulting information.
+ Develop, implement, and monitor financial control processes across the department.
+ Responsible for the Company’s general ledger.
+ Oversee the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
+ Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data; including recommending solutions.
+ Coordinating and directing budgets for the Company.
+ Assist CFO with creating reports that help senior leadership understand Company financials.
+ Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control expenditures and prepare budget variance reports.
+ Design and implement effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
+ Conduct periodic reviews of financial procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
+ Oversee the annual financial audit and annual financial statement procedure.
+ Demonstrate a commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.

+ Ensure day-to-day activities promote sustainability and reduce the impact on the environment by minimizing waste and maximizing recycling; saving energy; and minimizing water usage.
+ It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting.
+ Six years related experience, three of which must be supervisory.
+ Must have thorough knowledge about federal government accounting procedures and requirements.
+ Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred.
+ Must be willing and able to travel.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Unless waived by management, valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
