Responsibilities of the Controller

• Diligently manage the financial resources of the company to support the organizations mission
• Ensure Accountability for and orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in strict accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate policies
• Oversee regulatory reporting requirements
• Vigilantly monitor company spending, banking activities, collections, and cash flow
• Conduct biweekly payroll
• Collaborate with the head of Human Resources to explore cost-effective
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets
• Coordinate all Fiscal reporting activities in accordance with GAAP

Preferred Requirements of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master's degree preferred.
• CPA is preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory and overseeing full cycle accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.

This role is onsite and offering $130,000-$150,000 annual salary.
