Controller Associate Description: **Position Title:** Controller Associate **Pay Rate** : $61,600 - $82,100 _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plan._ **Category/Shift** : Salaried Full-Time **Physical Location:** Multiple Locations **The Job You Will Perform:** + Under the day to day supervision of the site controller, the Controller Associate is part of a division-wide finance training effort designed to provide a structured yet flexible environment in which the Associate is exposed to all aspects of the Container business via formal courses, multi-site on-the-job training, special projects and one-on-one feedback from the leadership of the NAC Finance group. + Generally one of two exempt salaried financial personnel at the manufacturing site.
