Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Report financials directly to the CFO

• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budget preparation

• Controller will manage 3 direct reports and oversee multiple plant locations

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or related

• Experience managing direct reports

• At least 3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000

• Hybrid work options available with the main office located in Akron, Ohio

• Bonus Eligibility
