About the Job
- Control Systems Analyst will manage and support industrial automation and control systems, including servers, workstations, and IT hardware
- Administer daily system backups, antivirus updates, and OS patching
- Oversee industrial automation network infrastructure, including Ethernet, fiber optic, and UTP hardware
- Collaborate with Process Control teams on maintenance and system upgrades
- Develop and implement procedures for system enhancements and expansions
- As a Control Systems Analyst, you will ensure IT infrastructure aligns with corporate standards for automation systems
- Promote safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to MIS policies
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline; Or Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field with 4+ years of experience in industrial automation, IT LAN administration, or related areas; Or High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of LAN administration (servers, backups, patching, antivirus)
- Basic understanding of Industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, DCS)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with IT LAN Administration (Windows systems, backups, OS patching)
- Experience with Industrial Automation (DCS, PLC, SCADA, RTU)
- Experience with Process Data Historian tools (AspenTech InfoPlus.21, OSISoft PI)
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
