Control System Engineer at Vantage Consulting

I am looking for a motivated Controls Engineer with 2 years of experience to join a team and work closely with our existing controls engineer. This role is ideal for an electrical engineer who is eager to specialize in PLC programming and HMI development. The successful candidate will be trained to program systems from the ground up, primarily using Rockwell software. Occasional travel (10%) may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PLC programs and HMI interfaces.
• Collaborate on automation projects, particularly in system integration.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to team projects with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in controls engineering or a related area.
• Proficient in PLC programming, preferably with Rockwell systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
• Healthcare: Company funds 80%, employee 20%

Interview Process:
