Our company, a leading player in the finance industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Control/Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
As our Control/Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our automated systems. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated machinery and processes to complete precise tasks.
2. Developing and implementing complex control systems and upgrading existing processes.
3. Using PLC programming with a focus on Allen Bradley and Eurotherm systems to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Implementing SCADA systems and working with iFix software for system monitoring and control.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and provide technical solutions.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with control systems and implementing corrective measures.
7. Providing technical support and training to team members.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current technology and industrial best practices.
9. Ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Control/Electrical Engineer, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proven experience with PLC programming, specifically with Allen Bradley and Eurotherm systems.
4. Proficiency in SCADA systems and iFix software.
5. Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and their components.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
