They are seeking a Control Coordinator to join their Operations team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$45,000 – $60,000
Position Overview:
This Control Coordinator position is responsible for working closely with both internal and external partners to research and resolve industrial rent and cylinder balance verification requests. You will collaborate with internal sales/account management teams and communicate directly with supplier partners to resolve cases and negotiate mutually acceptable settlements. The Control Coordinator role will be essential in ensuring accurate account updates, case resolution, and maintaining high standards of customer and supplier relationships.
Responsibilities of the Control Coordinator:
- Provide account updates to suppliers and customers
- Complete and close cases promptly
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer/vendor account/invoicing issues
- Demonstrate professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers and suppliers
- Research cases using internal data from customers and suppliers
- Communicate findings and work with teams to negotiate settlements with supplier partners
Qualifications for the Control Coordinator:
- 2+ years of Case Management experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required)
- Auditing experience is a plus
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
