General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking an Principal Contracts Administrator to join our Healdsburg or Folsom California team.
In this role you will provide administrative (Contracts and Program) support to the Federal Government, prime contractors and various aerospace and DoD programs.

Major Position Responsibilities:Working under minimal supervision, this role serves as primary administrative point of contact for contracts.
- Manages complex contracts from proposal through contract performance to contract closeout.
- Performs contract reporting (contract summaries, etc.), work authorization documentation (WAD), funding release and deliverable change order management, reports and documents and ensures administrative performance of program/contract is timely and accurate.
- Manages / organizes Contracts job folders with appropriate data.
- Coordinate and communicate to internal customers (Programs, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing and Receiving Departments) the status and schedule of CFM prior to the arrival of such CFM and work with customer to ensure deliveries are on schedule for CFM.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Basic Qualifications:- Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in program management, contract administration or equivalent in aerospace or defense development environment
- Must be knowledgeable of FAR and DFARS provisions and general terms and conditions.
- Must be able to review and negotiate all terms and conditions, track CDRLS/SDRLS and perform as required as proposal lead, tracking and submitting proposals.
