You’ll be collaborating with key players across departments, ensuring our legal and compliance processes are running seamlessly. Your contributions will directly support our business in delivering top-tier services to some of the biggest brands around the globe.
What You’ll Do:
• Draft and manage corporate documents and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee contract compliance and provide initial reviews for contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
• Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, preparing materials and ensuring proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and business processes while managing insurance needs for various locations.
• Work with our legal team to resolve contract issues and support internal compliance functions.
What You Bring:
• Experience in contract management, legal support, or compliance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
