About the Job
Responsibilities:
•Manage the execution and scope changes for Customer data contracts ensuring contract language aligns with standards
•Manage budget activities such as Purchase Order Requests, building out budget spreadsheets, establishing a methodology for Invoice management, and tracking each Customer
•Create projects, review contracts, and clean up documents
•Develop guiding practices (draft and refine SOPs and Work Instructions) to document the data contract process and ensure quality
•Ensure Compliance throughout the Customer Contact Lifecycle, including HQ Documentation and FMV Validation
•Inform the Contract Compliance team of new contract uses, permissions, and restrictions
•Work on updating and forecasting the Oncology Budget for the new year
•Manage a report accountable for HH data purchase order execution, invoice issue escalation, and resolution
Education Qualification:
•Minimum Bachelor's degree, Pharmaceutical background is highly preferred
