Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review.
2. Partnering with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.
3. Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
4. Implementing cost control measures to ensure contracts are financially beneficial.
5. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
6. Negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts, master agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and information technology protection agreements.
7. Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially viable.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience in bidding, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
3. Strong ability to partner with various teams and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
4. Demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation.
5. Proficiency in negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts; master agreements; non-disclosure agreements (NDAs); and information technology protection agreements.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
