Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Process Sub Invoices (set up new vendors as needed, request insurance, w9, separate conditional releases from invoices, file conditional releases for later use, file invoices in appropriate PM billing file)
- Follow up on missing invoices
- Follow up on missing conditional releases
- Answer emails regarding invoices
- Manage Subcontracts (create sub list, distribute, keep list updated, produce subcontracts, send via Docusign, follow up, set up new vendors as needed)
- Sub Insurance (request sub insurance and w9’s for new vendors and follow-up)
- Client Invoicing (set up job, budgets, reconcile change orders, invoice each job to client/billing requirements, confirm all job info, including budget, change orders, client info)
- Create SOV in Sage for Progress invoices
- Create change orders in Sage for Extra invoices
- Make sure billing packages are complete
- Request and route COIs to clients
- Maintain updated job list in SAGE
- Update master sublist, subcontracts
- Phone backup
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- SAGE100 experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of insurance certificates
- Experience processing prevailing wage desired
