About the Job
You Are:
The CSSO for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities and secure facilities. CPSO for Special Access Program (SAP) activities and secure facilities. Manage and administer all aspects of industrial security for multiple programs in compliance with the NISPOM, ICDs and other applicable government security directives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for security operations and response for an office in Chantilly, VA.
- Candidate would be expected to work on site.
- Provide direct support for facility security, visit certifications, document control, physical security, including alarm responses.
- Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and support of security inspections and audits by government security personnel.
- Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in support of program-related activities.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 6+ years of industrial security experience.
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD 705, DoDD 5205.07, and other government security policies and directives.
- Hands on experience with SCIF management and operations.
- Hands on experience with SAP management and operations.
- Working knowledge of DISS, Scattered Castles, JADE, SIMS, and ACS/IDS systems.
- Completed COMSEC training and working knowledge of DIAS.
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

- TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidate should have excellent communication, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Able to operate independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.
- Working knowledge of the NISPOM, ICDs, and Executive Orders, to ensure security compliance.
- Previous security experience with the Intelligence Community.
- Knowledge of the various security disciplines such as physical security, personnel security, information system security and industrial security to determine, apply, and monitor appropriate security requirements for assigned programs.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
