- Lead a team of laborers and subcontractors in executing rental turnover projects.
- Oversee and coordinate daily work activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Perform and supervise tasks including cleaning, repairs, painting, and general maintenance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any issues.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage project schedules, materials, and resources to optimize productivity.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
