Workplace: Primarily Remote; initial on-site attendance at Reston, VA (Building 11955) during the first few weeks.
Duration: 8 Months (Possible Extension)
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record in U.S. Federal Government services contract administration. This role supports the Industry Solutions Development (ISD) and Unified Support services, focusing on IT service contracts in a high-volume, transactional environment. As a Contracts Administrator, you will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and processes within Client’s federal business, including sales, delivery, and operations.

- Role Summary: As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and managing contract activities for U.S. Federal Government IT services. You will handle U.S. Federal Representations & Certifications, contract reporting, contract closeouts, sole source justifications, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, as well as Client Services Agreements (MSAs) with customers and partners. You will work closely with Federal Services Contracts Managers, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks and collaborating with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and delivery teams.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer and manage contract activities for U.S. Federal Government IT services.
- Handle U.S. Federal Representations & Certifications, contract reporting, contract closeouts, sole source justifications, NDAs and teaming agreements, and MSAs with customers and partners.
- Support Federal Services Contracts Managers in reviewing, capturing, executing, and managing proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to federal contracting requirements.
- Handle insurance certificates and performance bonds as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and delivery teams.
- Participate in team meetings (10% of the role) while focusing primarily on independent and collaborative tasks (90% combined).
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: BA or BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 3-6 years of overall experience in contract administration, with demonstrated U.S. Federal Government services contracting expertise and completing contractor administrative activities in an IT services environment.
- Federal government contracting knowledge, preferably on the selling side with private companies.
- Background as a Contracts Administrator/Contract Specialist for a U.S. Federal Government Contractor.
- Familiarity with U.S. Federal Representations & Certifications, contract reporting and closeouts, and NDA and teaming agreement creation and management.
- Strong ability to work independently after training and meet deadlines.
