Title: Contracts Specialist

Location: New York, New York – (Hybrid) 4 days in office

Salary: $85K-$100K

Growing Boutique Brand Partnership Agency Seeks a Contracts Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day drafting, revising & presenting all things project contracts.
• Responsible for contract edits, development of templates and management of existing contract documents & agreements.
• Manage contracts from initiation through closure, including amendments, red lines, extensions etc.
• Serve as liaison between leadership, sales, clients, legal & attorney partners for editing & contact oversight
• Serve as key administrative support person for contract processing & reviews
• Support sales & leadership teams as needed
• Special projects as needed

Skills & Expectations:

Bachelor’s degree required

2+ Years of partnerships / branding & licensing contracts or similar legal admin experience.

Strong understanding of contact law, negotiation skills & the ability to interpret & explain contract terms.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Exposure to MyMediaBox or similar licensing software a plus
